Troy Titus-Barrow is a Los Angeles, California-based personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.  Troy started her training career in the United Kingdom at Holmes Place and David Lloyd gyms.  Currently, Troy trains clients privately as well as leading group classes as part of the Pro Results training team at LA Fitness.

Every client’s needs are different. Troy works with clients who are morbidly obese to fit and healthy, addressing their specific needs and treating each and everyone as an individual.  Using her fitness, dance, and martial arts backgrounds, Troy keeps every workout effective, fun and interesting.

Core stability and strength training is Troy’s forte and she believes that – with great core strength and stability – all other exercise can be effectively executed. 
Troy is a tough trainer when she needs to be, and will get in your face if that’s what you need to get motivated.

“The word ‘can’t’ has absolutely no place in my sessions,” said Troy.  “I bring 110% to the workout and so, too, must my clients.  I think it’s key to have a combination of toughness, compassion and honesty when working to help people save their lives.”
